Group Classes

These are group classes, with a maximum 10 people in a class. For maximum benefit, we encourage members of the class to have an assessment with Natalie the physio to identify any issues and make an individual program for you. All of our classes are specifically modified to be back safe.

These small groups build a sense of community and can be motivating especially when the others around you have a common interest in working on the body.

We provide all the equipment. We use small pieces of equipment including big physio balls, small balls, bands & rollers to enhance the activation of muscles. These are also used to make the exercise more challenging. These can also be purchased for practice at home.

The primary instructor is Wade Petersen and Natalie Petersen covers as needed. Wade has an amazing track record and from 2022 customer surveys we have 100% customer satisfaction in his manner and style of Pilates.
