Core Values

Authentic

Having a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals in a friendly, real, and meaningful way.

Curious

Asking lots of questions to gain a deep understanding of the source of the problem and its contributing factors.

We aim to solve the problem at its source.

Unique

Fresh, different, and proud of it.

You will get the benefit of years of international training, uniquely combined to bring you a physio experience like no other.

Honest

Being honest and transparent. Speaking the truth (kindly).

Only once you have a grip/acceptance of reality can we move forward.

Community-Based

Reaching out to the community, supporting individuals, sports, aged-care facilities, and hospice. Supporting people where they are at.

Environmentally friendly

We are mostly a paperless practice. Emailing exercise programs and education where possible and carbon-neutral paper for printing if clients need it.

We strive to use environmentally friendly cleaning products and plant a tree or shrub every time we fly.

We also compost any organic waste and recycle.
