  1. Physiotherapy

Claims are subject to approval. If ACC should decline any claims made, private rates will be charged. The client is liable to pay for all appointments.

Surcharges apply to ACC treatments and these must be paid on the day of treatment by EFT pos. Any other arrangements must be made with the physiotherapist prior to your appointment.

Please note Cash is no longer accepted.

Private appointments must be paid for on the day treatment by EFT pos please.

After Physiotherapy there may be some redness, bruising or tenderness after treatment, and this will subside after 48 hours. If concerned, please contact us.

For best results please provide the physiotherapist with all the relevant information and follow all instructions and advice given to the best of your ability.

At any time the client is encouraged to ask questions related to my care plan. These will be answered to the best of the physiotherapist’s ability. It is important to us you feel safe 100% of the time.

There are some risks with Needling and the client needs to give additional consent for needles to be used. Please note if you are on a blood thinning medication or suffer a condition which results in excessive bleeding, this treatment is not a safe option for you at this time.

Appointments not cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment will incur at $50. 00 charge.

Any information which is willingly withheld or falsely given can affect the outcome of treatment and any ACC claims submitted.

2. Pilates

Pilates Term purchase is based on 1 class per week. Same day and time each week. Classes are run on a school term basis.

Payment for classes is due before first Pilates class of each term, either via website, online banking or EFTpos.

The client can book into classes in advance to avoid disappointment using the website/pilates. 

Please note classes not used within a term may NOT be carried to the next term or credited. Make up classes are becoming increasing difficult as we get more popular. So please make sure you priorities this time for yourself.

No classes on Public Holidays.

3. Right of entry will be withheld in the following (but not limited to) instances:

  • Person who is intoxicated or under the influence illegal substances.

  • Does not comply with our health and safety policies.

  • Poses a risk of harm to clinicians, instructors or other clients under our care.
